Is scaling with the izzo Scaler safe?
Designed specifically for at-home use, izzo’s Scaler is uniquely made with the strength of a medical grade polymer called Ultem®, yet has a flexible tip for safety. Is my Scaler meant to be used in place of floss?
No. Like the reactions to your smile after using izzo, they are complementary. Floss is intended to get between your teeth, and the Scaler is designed to help remove food and plaque near the gumline.
How do I clean and maintain my Scaler?
Simply clean it with warm water and alcohol, or wash it in your dishwasher.
